A trusted advisor and coach, I draw on decades of professional and personal experience with business and political leaders, academics, and policy-makers, in Europe, the U.S. and Africa. My clients benefit from my unique behind-the-scenes understanding of the realities of leadership and managing change. My strengths include strategic and situational counsel, high-level stakeholder engagement, presentation, crisis management, and leading from behind. I have coached leaders in healthcare, law, venture capital, government relations/lobbying, banking, and tech.
A bilingual, U.S./U.K. national, attorney, and accredited mediator; my career began as counsel with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Alongside executive coaching, I am a founding member of a VC fund and non-executive director. I hold degrees from Columbia Law School and Georgetown University and am a Meyler Campbell accredited business coach. In my spare moments, I write and play the flute.
